DESCRIPTION
This extension when used alongside Safe Doc will enable the use of Google Docs for exam use .
Once Safe Doc has disabled disabled the spelling and grammar check features.
This extension will then hid the menu so the features cannot be re-enabled.
The following will also be disabled and access to re-enable removed.
The Insert, Tools, Add-Ons, and Help menus, The toolbar buttons for Insert Image, Insert Comment and Insert Link, The header buttons which include the Share controls, The Explore button, The G Suite integration sidebar.
The extension will also intercept the ‘contextmenu’ event to prevent the use of the Google Docs contextual menu, which contains Explore and Define commands.
The extension will reapply the above settings if the page is refreshed or if the account is logged out and back in again.
