Run the Chrome online web store extension Comment filter for YouTube using OffiDocs Chromium online.
This extension allows you to blacklist dumb people on YouTube.Just right-click a comment and select 'Blacklist user' from the context menu.
After blacklisting someone, you won't see that person's comments.
The blacklist is stored locally.

A basic set of features is finalized, but more work is planned.
