Approximate ATF in Chrome with OffiDocs
Approximate ATF Chrome web store extension
DESCRIPTION:
Run the Chrome online web store extension Approximate ATF using OffiDocs Chromium online.
View results by opening the Developer console (More tools -> Developer Tools -> Console). This plugin runs on every page and triggers after pages finish loading.
It measures advanced web quality metrics show results on the console view, with options to save results to disk.
It calculates the time instant metrics: DOM, PLT (onload), and ATF load time.
It also calculates time integral metrics, similar in spirit to Google's SpeedIndex, but measuring load completion of objects (ObjectIndex), bytes (ByteIndex) and images (ImageIndex).
The relation between these metrics and perceived quality can be found in our tech-report "Narrowing the gap between QoS metrics andWeb QoE using Above-the-fold metrics", available in our project page: http://perso.
