StackTop in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION:

Run the Chrome online web store extension StackTop using OffiDocs Chromium online.

This will change: - Documentation to Docs in the link, - remove the beta subscript from the Documentation name, - remove the jobs link, - color the background of the topbar to #ccc (grey), - set the topbar to position: relative to keep it at the top, - remove the review link, - cause the top bar dropdowns to hover open and remain open when navigating to the other dropdowns for a small time frame.

Version 1.

1 : Removed visual tearing during page load 1.

2 : Fixed issue where name wasn't showing on meta 1.

3 : Removed the position:relative; for the topbar as it is now available in user preferences.

When the user preferences option is chosen, and position:relative is in place, there is a 60px gap caused which was the reason for removal.
