Run the Chrome online web store extension Giflinks using OffiDocs Chromium online.
This extension will grab relevant gifs for every link on every page, and uses tholman's script to display them when moused over.It can be temporarily enabled/disabled in the upper right corner of chrome, or uninstalled via chrome://extensions.
