StackTopReorder in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION:

Run the Chrome online web store extension StackTopReorder using OffiDocs Chromium online.

Moves the multi-collider (site picker) to the top left, along with all the "action" drop downs.

Moves the questions, docs, jobs,users, and search bar to the top right.

Places the logo beneath the top bar (which, in addition, will not scroll with the page).

Reverses the order of the "action" drop downs.
