Run the Chrome online web store extension Material Alt using OffiDocs Chromium online.
Just a really simple swap of the toolbar background to the dark grey color of that in Android M.Titlebar area is unthemed and should go along with whatever color the OS is using.
Try using it with the Material toolbar style in chrome://flags !
