I found this on an old MSDN CD (x05-84777 from 2000).It is a POSIX subsystem for Windows. For today's standards it is very small.
I tested it on a Pentium MMX 233/160MB RAM and a clean Windows XP (no SP). It is quite fast and looks good.
When launching open 'csh shell', it is much more comfortable than ksh.
