Rudolph Riches (stylized as "RUDOLPH RICHE$") is a scratch card which was probably released by the Colorado Lottery. This scratcher seems to be from December 2018, judging by the Christmas theme, recorded dates, and my memory of dates in regards to this scratchcard.

RudolphRichesColoradoFront.jpg - Rudolph Riches scratcher: that looks kind of like a penis -- I scratched a bit then stop because I saw something I think, scan of front side from 3/22/2019, scratchcard possibly from 2018, the MD5 of this file is BF2D31F24F590065225B959A90C7BFE0, the filesize of this file is 5,555,970 bytes (5.3 MB).

RudolphRichesColoradoBack.jpg - Barcode: UPC 704104018472 - the first or last numbers might be excluded resulting in UPC 04104018472 (no first), UPC 70410401847 (no last), or UPC 0410401847 (no first no last); I don't know how to read these things. Unlike the RudolphRichesColoradoFront file, this file was not cropped to the edges of the piece of cardboard-like paper. Some of the text got ripped off on this side. The MD5 of this file is 952E765699677D39DAC55CF0BFDF4AE8, and the filesize of this file is 2,026,716 bytes (1.9 MB).

With GIMP I created a derivative file of "a.jpg": "a-small.jpg". a-small.jpg was 2344 pixels wide by 1450 pixels high; it was saved at 100% JPEG quality and had a filesize of 4.33 MB. I created this file in order to reverse image search this file with http://imgops.com/ which requires that your file be under 5 MB in size. With imgops.com I reverse image searched this image at Google, Tineye, and Yandex; I found that those websites found this image nowhere on their indexes of the Internet. With GIMP I made another derivative file of "a.jpg": "a-smaller.jpg"; it was saved at 100% JPEG quality and had a filesize of 3.62 MB. With GIMP I made a last derivative file of "a.jpg": "a-smallest.jpg"; it was saved at 100% JPEG quality and had a filesize of 2.97 MB.

I think the Colorado Lottery is part of the government of Colorado, and since documents created and released by employees of the state or federal government are in the public domain, I think that this document is in the public domain. I've set these images to have a public domain license; see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colorado_Lottery.
