NordInvasion Crafting in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

Features: - On craftable item pages, adds option to craft a specified number of the item or until materials are depleted.

- On the crafting home page, shows estimated value of all crafting materials.

- Enter and save custom recipes to view their crafting costs.

I've fixed the server browser, but not sure when / if I'll get around to fixing the crafting features.

v0.61.0 - Fixed the issue with the EU servers in the server list (hopefully) v0.60.10 - Updated some of the default material prices to better represent current prices.

v0.60.9 - Hid empty rows in server list.

There is currently an issue with the server links for the EU servers, but it's appears server-side and beyond my control.

v0.60.8 - Fixed server list for new https connection.

v0.60.7: - Allows user to leave "(x / y)" in recipe when entering custom recipe.
