Welcome to That GForm Validator! This extension can be used to add validation to a few types of input fields in a Google Form.
The available input types are: Text boxes (Phone numbers / UNHCR numbers / email addresses) and Dates.
Once you install the extension, everything should be loaded up! If you have any problems, email the developer.
