Outward Inward was a music fanzine run in Pittsburgh by SSS Productions head honcho Manny Theiner. First started in 1986 along with the aforementioned tape label, Outward Inward highlighted and interviewed noise / industrial / collage artists from Western PA and beyond. Each issue came with a tape compilation of selections from particular artists.The second issue contained tracks from Minimal Synth artist Tom Furgas, Pittsburgh experimentalists P. Children and Bored Young Men, aural astronauts F/i, The Haters, and Boy Dirt Car.
