Setup instructions: 1) Install the extension by clicking "Install" on this page.
2) Configure what content to hide: a) Find the gray Extensions button (aka the puzzle piece icon, jigsaw icon) in the upper right toolbar b) In the drop-down click on the YBMSift icon (blue colander) to set up settings.
c) Under "keywords & keyphrases", add what you want (e.

imcp, icmp, covid, vaccine, .

).
It's not case sensitive, but for some reason, it works best if the keyphrase is entered in lower-case.
d) Click "refresh" to test that it worked!
