Configio Chrome Extension in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

The Configio Chrome Extension enables you to record your emails sent from Gmail as CRM Communications.

Just add the extension to your Chrome web browser, and login to your Gmail account.

You will see the extension in your browser's tool bar.

Login to Configio by clicking on the extension.

Now, when you compose or reply to messages, you will have the option to "Send To Configio".

You can also forward messages from your Sent folder to Configio.

If we find a CRM Contact that matches the recipient's email address, we will create the Communication record.

If we cannot make a match, you will be re-directed to Configio to create the record.
