Netscope is a modded version of a popular 3rd party browser on the chrome web store, this version is modded with proxy rerouting features to make sure nobody can spy on you or get to you using exploited extensions or other vpn features.

Works on Chromebooks and depending on level of monitoring it might protect you on pc.
