A reminder to take a meditation break in between browsing.
After opening 5 tabs, it will launch a meditation break tab which will encourage you to reset for a quick break in between browsing.
The default is that every 5 tabs opened it will launch a meditation tab but this is customizable via the options menu on the extension.
