raised in hateno village in a monastery on ebon mountain, she has long been a disciple of hylia; preaching love & kindness to those who care to listen. this way, she has lived an easy life. chores, errands, prayers, repeat. her many jobs in the monastery were easy & kind to her fragile health.
she never went out of her way to find trouble; but trouble did always find her. it seemed like a curse of bad luck, to trip over everything and break plates and cups while doing dishes... an overturned ink tray while grinding ink for one of the clergy, spilling wine on white linen before services- misfortune gravitated naturally to her. she spent many years living happily at the monastery, going into hatento village only to purchase odds and ends when she met a boy. the two began to meet in secret, often making their way to the heart shaped pond at the top of the mountain during the night to protect their forbidden love. for many moons they met, whispering sweet words to each other & making promises to run away together- it would have come to that point, if not the night they were due to run he failed to show up, and left the cleric waiting until the early hours when found by a caretaker. for her foolishness she was not punished, since it was not against the monastery's rules to find love & leave the faith, especially for someone orphaned into it.
without him she decided to leave anyway; talented with a knack for making potions she decided to travel hyrule and help others were she could; though part of her still yearns to find her love... for good or ill.
