The contents of what was once a plain text file, 3mbBbFH9fAg.csv, may have been posted to pastefs.com or some other pastebin website. I couldn't login to pastefs.com in 2021, and even when I sent a forgot-my-password request I never got the email (and yes I also checked the junk/trash email folder). Three errors and one message from https://pastefs.com/:

Maybe what happened was I didn't let youtube-comments-dl (or whatever the CLI program was called) finish downloading all of the comments from video 3mbBbFH9fAg. Maybe youtube-comment-dl couldn't download all of the comments because there were so many. yt-comments-dl (or whatever it was called) may have created file 3mbBbFH9fAg.csv; if yt-comment-dl didn't or couldn't complete the file, then the text of the file was never posted to any website by me. It was probably not the case that I got the file from a website that creates a file containing all of the comments of a requested YouTube video and lets you download it.

Properties of the empty file and the JPG file via dir, exiftool, more, and wmic:
