The Page to Pop-up extension may show the website you desire in the browser's toolbar pop-up (in mobile view) after installation.
Go to the options page and input your target website (including the complete URL).
There are five different mobile views for toolbar pop-ups: iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Tizen, and Firefox OS.
You can also modify the size of the pop-up and block advertising within it (see options page).
