This app allows to create a remote connection between your bluetooth connected OOBD OBD diagnostic dongle and a remote OOBD program user via Internet.
By that the diagnostic expert don't need to be at the car anymore, he can stay at his desk instead.
Onside you only need somebody who connects the OOBD dongle to the car and starts Google Chrome and this app on his laptop.
