It solves the key challenges related to speed of communication, transparency in everyone's availability, documenting the conversations on the go and keeping track of meetings and their outcomes Our awesome features are — 1. Meeting Rooms with predefined members where you can call them with just one click of a button 2. Members of the room receive actual call ring on laptop if they are logged into the application.
A popup overlay will appear on the top right corner of the browser for you to pick up the call.
3. You can keep track of the people who have joined the meeting and members who are yet to join.
4. You can take notes while in the live meeting.
Every individual's notes will be saved in the meeting history of the room for future access at any time.
5. Meeting history with record of all meetings of the room, their date and time, people who attended it and all meeting notes by everyone Office rooms application will open on your new tabs for fast and easy access.
Note - Office Rooms work in integration with Google Hangout app and making or receiving the call will land you and everyone on the same google hangout link to connect further.
