Screen Time in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION
Screen Time for Google Chrome will capture time spent on sites and prepare reports same way as it done in Screen Time iOS feature.
Data stored locally and does not sent anywhere.
Only active tabs are counted so even if you open bazillion of pages only one at a time is active.
Feel free to propose feature requests in github.
