Twitch Clips Improvements in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

The default Twitch Clips page feels extremely clunky and space-wasting in terms of design by default.

I just did some simple changes to make the chat continually scroll down when the video is playing (since for some reason it likes to get stuck and stop scrolling constantly), and then made the video player and chat fill the screen better rather than only taking up 40% of the screen space.
