Minitube in Chrome with OffiDocs

For this to work you need to register the special URL that is used to launch Minitube.

For now this is only supported on Ubuntu (and probably similar OS-es).

To make Minitube the default handler for the special URI you need to: - download the script (see below for link) to the Minitube folder (the folder with the executable in it) - give it proper permissions to run (+x) - and run it.
