BitBucket Failed Build Notifications in Chrome with OffiD

DESCRIPTION

The extension will run on all BitBucket PR pages, and checks to see if you have a failing CI build from any provider.

If the extension finds a failing build, it will throw up an alert and then change the 'Merge' button to a 'danger' style and update the wording to 'Merge - despite failing CI build'
