Questrade real-time quote clicks the snap quote button for you, all of them in the present view so that you don't have to.
Questrade caps the snap quotes to 99,999/month so make sure you do not have questrade open when you aren't using it.
Keeping it out of focus also works as I have purposely made my extension so that it does not refresh the quote if the tab is not active.
