You need to get your Organization ID from Salesforce before use it.

Step 1. Login your Salesforce Organization.

Step 2. Click Setup >> Company Profile >> Company Information.

Step 3. You will see a field name Salesforce.

com Organization ID.

Step 4. Click Web to Lead for Salesforce tool and set your Salesforce.
