AvayaDesktopAgent in Chrome with OffiDocs

DESCRIPTION

Avaya Desktop Agent plugin is used to trigger an event to the recorder based on Agents activity on their chrome browser.

It can also be used to Collect Application-Specific Data and Tag to Customer Interactions.

An example of Event would be to use Avaya Desktop Agent to notify Avaya Workforce Optimization Select recording application to mute a portion of a call.
