Chie really doesn't have a reason to her Chara Nari.. I just had a good idea and I think it looks pretty in the end. Please ignore the fact that she copied Nagi's bow and that I failed at down a reflection //CriesBelow is her Chara's information;

-----Maho Waltz; Purifies X-eggs, needs a second user in their Chara Nari
-----Spectral Light; Stuns time, making Chie seem ghost like and very fast; this can't be used on other people so it's pretty useless.
