Libel Action Won Against Bohus Benes, editor of the Czech newspaper, Czechoslovakia, by Mr. Stefan Osusky, one of the leading Slovaks now in London and former Czechoslovak Minister in Paris from 1921 to 1940. His case was in connection with an article by Bohus Benes (nephew of Dr. Edvard Benes, who finances his newspaper with about 310,000)

*Note: when this article was written, Bohus Benes had already fled London to San Francisco where his uncle had conveniently appointed him Czech Consul.
