During the ongoing military operation in Gichk area of Panjgur, on 15th August, the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) Sarmachars (fighters) fought a long battle to stop the advance of the occupying Pakistani army. In that hours-long battle, several personnel of occupying army were killed and wounded and both the sarmachars bravely accepted martyrdom while defending the motherland.
Sangat Shaheed Asif Baloch and Sangat Shaheed Gulab Baloch have been associated with the Baloch Liberation Army since 2017. Both the comrades were exemplary in their ideological maturity, bravery, hard work and dedication. The martyred comrades rendered invaluable services for the defence of the motherland and the Baloch independence movement. The Baloch Liberation Army pays tribute to Shaheed Asif and Shaheed Gulab for their national service, bravery and martyrdom.
The Pakistan Army has launched a large-scale military operation in Panjgur, Gichk and surrounding areas since August 13, which has been extended to the Raghay area of Besima, Sikhan and most of the places in Awaran, for the past eight days. Occupying forces are violating the laws of war by targeting civilians with gunship helicopters during the operation. Meanwhile, the homes of Baloch civilians are being set on fire, while dozens of women and children have been tortured and disappeared.
