Found after searching Google for "cant uninstall nameless 16.38 mb android app"

I had a nameless app on my tablet for years I think! It was always sus to me,
and now it's gone. No more of the above adware crap websites, and no need for
the nice BlockSite app anymore."

The problem was that a nameless app was opening one or more tabs in my Silk or Firefox web browser every one or two hours when I opened Silk or unlocked my tablet. The tabs it opened were to advertisement websites or something, maybe they were pay-per-click (PPC) websites, so the malware was created in the interest of making money. It sent me to these websites: www.predictiondexchange.com, ie3wisa4.com, ditorbol.com which themselves usually redirected to some other sketchy, crappy, ad-filled, or spammy/scammy websites. I found the predictiondexchange.com, ditorbol.com, ie3wisa4.com websites to be the main websites it would go to before going to various other websites via disabling JavaScript in Silk Browser. The HTML s tag was added to indicate that the problem was solved I guess. The problem afflicted me for a week or half of a week, and I saw two reports of this problem on the amazon.com tablet forums. One suggested fix from an amazon.com forums moderator/admin was to factory reset the device: what a stupid idea seeing as you would lose a ton of data. The malware worked via gaining admin privileges then disabling the option to uninstall it. It also had no name and pretended to be a default system app I guess. The way to remove it as described in YouTube video 5dq1quqOAJ4 was to view which entities/accounts/users/apps had administrator privileges then remove admin privileges from the nameless malware app. Then the malicious/annoying app could be uninstalled. As stated in the text file 0.txt: I had the bad app for one or more years, but it only "recently" started obviously doing bad or annoying things.

Notes I took on the video when rewatching it in Tuesday, September 15, 2020 GMT: { Info: app with no name, no details | Fix: Settings > Additional settings > Privacy > Device administrators > deactivate this device administrator | Fix: go to all installed apps > now the uninstall button is not greyed out > click uninstall }
