INSTRUCTION TO INSTALL AN ACTIVE WALLPAPER:
NOTE:You must have Internet Explorer 4.0 or above!
For Window 98 :
Step 1: Ensure your active wallpaper is enabled by right-clicking on the desktop -> choose "Properties" -> "Web" tab.
Step 2: Check on .
Step 3: Click on "Background" tab and select the downloaded active wallpaper (filename start with actvwpkitty..) and apply. Voila! You are done.
(If you cannot view your wallpaper inside the "Background" table, you might be installed it somewhere. So just browse to locate the file.)
