[Bio]
Eiji was...a different child since birth. He's a Celeste but not of a normal kind. He doesn't have a Dragon form. Yet his Father and Brother do have it, why was he out of luck? He have the Dragon eyes yet no scales. Kids picked on him for not having a dragon form and taunt him on how he'll never fly. He wepped and cired ti'll one day, he saw a man flying without a need of a Dragon...From then on, everyday, he bilt Hang gliders so he may fly.

[Personality]
He's a kind, sweet kid. Always helpful and tried to help out others, though he becomes a shut in whenever some one tease him that he's not like one of them, even so far to go hide away somewhere to cry. His biggest thing though is the love and feel of flight.
