DESCRIPTION
At the beginning of working with Redmine, only sadness and annoyance visited me, but over time, the terrible interface no longer greatly shook me.
There was only discontent from the inconvenience of working with him.
As a result of all this, I decided to adjust the Redmine interface "for myself.
" Thus, a Chrome plugin appeared that adds some changes to the Redmine interface.
Perhaps my solution will also suit someone, so I decided to share it.
Feature 1. Moving the layout of the task page (Issue).
The task history has moved a bit, which allows you to immediately see what actions were on the task.
2. Editing tasks When you click the "edit task" button, a block with editing appears at the top of the page.
3. Photos and videos in a modal window without opening a new tab.
Near the links that lead to pictures or videos, an opening button appears in a modal window.
As for the pictures and videos in the collapse, just open the collapse and click on the picture, it will open in a modal window.
4. Additional menu items in the header.
I had a problem, I could get on the agile board only with the help of 2 transitions from the main one.
It really annoyed me.
I decided to make it possible to add an additional menu item that I need.
To do this, go to the plugin settings * right-click on the plugin icon * select "Options" We get to the page of tinctures Here we can add any menu item, I added links to documentation, ui guidline, design.
It seemed to me that it was convenient.
As a result, menu items will appear in the page header.
Also on this page you can disable any of the features.
