SmartAdvocate Chrome extension allows SmartAdvocate users to fill out web forms with data from SmartAdvocate cases.
It works similar to PDF forms in SmartAdvocate.
Note that in order for this extension to work with a specific web site your system administrators would need to create a template in SmartAdvocate first.
