Switch target language to Traditional Chinese as default behavior.

1.0.1 Update 1. Switching the target language now will not cause a whole page refresh, instead, it now clicks the Traditional Chinese button and behavior as normal switching language.

2. Add a checkbox on the popup page to turn this auto switch function on or off.
